Live in about a minute

Show them who is beating them.

RivalGauge is a website audit widget you embed under your own brand. A prospect types their domain, gets a graded report against the competitors actually outranking them, and the lead lands in your inbox.

No card to start. $79 a month after the trial, locked for as long as you stay subscribed.

Your logo, your colours, your call to action. Every figure on it was measured when the scan ran.

Up to twelve graded checks in every scan

  • Search authority
  • Google reviews
  • Performance
  • Lighthouse SEO
  • Page basics
  • Measurement
  • AI readiness
  • Accessibility
  • Site security
  • Email posture
  • Domain age
  • Google profile

A check with no data source on the day is left off the report rather than printed as a question mark, so a prospect never reads an unconfigured check as a failing one.

How it works

Three steps, and only the first one is yours.

Setup is a snippet. After that the widget runs on its own and you deal with the leads it produces.

  1. 01

    Paste one script tag

Sign up, set your logo, your colours and your call to action, then copy the snippet out of your dashboard. It renders inline, as a modal behind a button, or as a tab docked in the corner, from the same one line.

  2. 02

A prospect scans their own site

They type their domain. RivalGauge finds their real competitors from Google Maps, measures both sides, and hands back a graded report they can read without you in the room.

  3. 03

You get the lead and the report

The email address, the domain, every grade and a link to the full report reach your inbox and your CRM webhook. Add a booking link and the report ends on your calendar.

The difference

The competitors are found, not typed in.

Most audit tools grade a site against nothing. RivalGauge pulls the businesses that actually rank for the trade and the city out of Google Maps at scan time, then measures the prospect against them.

  • Domain rating and Google review count, read the moment the scan runs
  • Each competitor keeps one colour across both measures, so a prospect can follow a single rival
  • Every bar is labelled with its real figure, and the report carries the date it was gathered
  • Grouped by measure, never stacked on one axis, because authority and a review count do not share a scale

What you get

Built for the agency, not the demo.

Everything below is running in production today. Nothing on this page is a roadmap item.

Up to twelve graded checks

Authority against the real competitor set, Google reviews, page performance, Lighthouse SEO and accessibility, page basics, analytics and tag coverage, AI readiness, transport security, email spoofing posture, domain age and Google profile completeness.

AI visibility, asked through each model API, and competitor tech stack detection are on the Founding and Pro plans.

Client safe mode

List the domains you manage. A visitor scanning one of them sees your message instead of a scorecard, and you still get the full report.

Signed webhook routing

Flat JSON with top level keys to any URL you set, signed with HMAC-SHA256 over the exact bytes sent. GoHighLevel, Zapier, or your own endpoint.

Booking link on the report

Add a calendar URL and the report ends with a second button beside your own call to action, so a convinced prospect books without a reply.

Retargeting events

Scan start and scan complete push to your data layer with the domain and the grade. No product name in any event name, key or value.

Three embed formats

Inline, modal behind a launcher, or a tab docked in the corner. One snippet, one attribute. Modal and tab do not load until somebody clicks.

A report worth sending on

Every scan gets its own page the prospect can forward. It is frozen as they first saw it, and it is marked no index so it never competes with your site.

White label

Your brand on it. Not ours.

The widget, the report page and the emailed report all render in the colours you set. Your logo sits at the top and your call to action closes it.

Attribution is a per account switch and it is off by default, so nothing says who built the tool unless you decide it should. Reports send from your own address once your domain is verified.

One thing is still ours, and you should know it before you buy: the shareable report link is served from our host. Everything on that page is yours. The address bar is not.

Comparison

RivalGauge against a typical audit widget.

Seven things worth checking before you put any audit tool in front of a prospect.

What to check RivalGauge A typical audit widget
Who the prospect is measured against Businesses found in Google Maps for their trade and city, at scan time Nobody, or a list somebody typed in once
Whose brand is on the report Yours, on the widget, the report page and the email The vendor's, or yours on a higher tier
Where the lead goes Your inbox and a signed webhook to your CRM A dashboard you have to remember to open
What happens to an existing client Client safe mode shows your message, you still get the report Grades your own client's site in front of them
How it embeds Inline, modal or docked tab from one snippet One iframe, one shape
What it measures Up to twelve graded checks, including email posture and AI readiness A page speed number and a checklist
How it is priced Flat, $79 to $149 a month, by scan volume Per seat, or per scan on top of a base fee

The right column is generic on purpose. It describes what audit widgets commonly do by default, not any one product, and features change. Check the tool you are actually comparing.

Priced per agency, not per scan.

Every plan is white label. Your logo, your colours, your call to action, and every lead lands in your inbox.

Questions

The things agencies ask first.

If the answer you need is not here, ask us and it will be.

Is it really white label?

The widget page, the report page and the emailed report all render in the colours you set, carry your logo and end with your call to action. Reports send from your own address once your domain is verified, or from a neutral address until then.

No "powered by" line appears on your report unless attribution is switched on for your account, and it is off by default.

The one thing that is ours today: the shareable report link is served from app.rivalgauge.com. Everything on that page is yours. The host is not.

What counts as a scan?

One completed run against one domain. A prospect who submits the same domain twice inside the cache window does not spend a second scan. Scans that fail before they finish still create a lead row so you can see who tried, and a failed run is often the most interesting prospect of the week.

Counts reset monthly.

Do I need a card to start?

No. The 14 day trial asks for a company name and an email address. Stripe does not show a card field at this step.

If the trial reaches its end with no payment method on file, the subscription cancels itself and the scanner stops. Nothing is charged by surprise.

Can I cancel?

Yes, from the Stripe receipt you get after the first payment, at any time. There is no cancellation form to fill in and nobody to email first.

Does it work with GoHighLevel or Zapier?

Every lead is posted to a webhook URL you set, as flat JSON with top level keys. Flat on purpose: GoHighLevel maps top level keys by clicking them, and a nested contact object turns a two click mapping into a support conversation.

The request carries an X-Signature header, an HMAC-SHA256 of the exact bytes sent, keyed on a signing key that belongs to your account alone. Anything that accepts an inbound webhook accepts this.

What happens if an existing client scans their own site?

List the domains you manage and client safe mode takes over. A visitor scanning one of those domains sees the message you wrote instead of a scorecard, so nobody is handed a report card on work you did.

You still receive the full report and the grades. The visitor gets nothing they were not meant to see.

How does it go on my site?

One script tag. The same snippet renders three ways depending on one attribute: inline in the page, a modal behind a launcher button, or a tab docked in the corner. The modal and the tab do not load the widget until somebody clicks, so a page carrying it does not pay for it up front.

Where do the competitors come from?

They are discovered live from Google Maps for the trade and city on the scan, not typed in by you and not a static list. That is what makes the report land: the businesses on it are the ones the prospect already loses to.

Domain rating and review counts are read at the moment the scan runs, and the report carries the date it was gathered.

Put it on a live page this week.

Fourteen days, no card, and the founding price stays at $79 for as long as you stay subscribed.
